Stig n Syntax with support from Bellatrix and the Boxettes
Easily one of the best gig nights i have been to this year!


End of the night was feral, stage invasion on stig n syntax's set, crowd surfing Giant mosh pit...sweaty, sweaty, sweaty!
It was Great!!!!
I got a bit drunky Gin soaked so my camera work is not the best...but here are my videos from the night!....What a night!!!







Support was from Bellatrix and the boxettes was phenomenal, one of the boxettes was ill so a quick step in from Bristols own Beth Rowley saved the show!
With only 2 hours to practice i cant believe how perfect their performance was!
The girl has a voice to die for!
Bellatrix and the boxettes smashed it!
If you see them on a line up in the future make sure you get a ticket!

When did you find your voice?
Ermmm... I found my voice at about 3 and a half lol, No seriously.. Ive always sang and danced and talked and rhymed since i can remember. I started rapping seriously tho in 2006.

Who would you say are your 3 main influences?
Why you being stingey for ??.. 3 ... well.. I'd say Jadakiss, Jean Grae and Lauryn Hill

First I heard of you was through HERstory, tell us about the Jai & Diva spark message.

Ok well i dont know about Diva's message anymore as we no longer work together. But my message is ever changing. I just generally wanna share what goes on in my mind and whatever i see and feel comes out on a track usually.
I think its also very important to show the world that female rappers aint gotta conform to any specific image, we're human at the end of the day.

What have you got waiting in the pipeline that we should keep eyes out for?
Well my debut solo release came out on the 09/09/09 thats called ON MY JAI'S -The Prelude and you can get it on Itunes Last FM (list of stockists and links in my NOTES)

What is the last album you bought?

I bought an album by an upcoming UK artist called VICTORY the albums called BLACK TO FRONT its HEAVY !

Who do you think is the most inspirational female in the game right now?
Ummmm ME ! naah im playin. Thats difficult.. Im seldom inspired by other females especially artists, i mean i like there tracks and stuff.. but when it comes to inspiration.. I normally find it in life and books.

What shows have you got coming up?
Im gonna be performing @ INN ON THE GREEN on 22nd NOV2009 8pm..
